- All tours must be pre-booked and secured with a deposit of 25% (non-refundable).
- If events are cancelled example; weather conditions, and alternative date will be arranged.
- All cancellations to be received 10 days prior to scheduled event.
- All safety equipment is supplied on the day.
- No tours will run on a Total Fire Ban day
